Trust membership is open to corporate bodies only. These include all the rural Community Councils in the Highland Council area, various other demographically elected and community representative bodies which presently include:
- Isle of Eigg Trust
- Laggan Community Association
- Gairloch and Loch Ewe Action Forum
- Assynt Crofters Trust
- Melness Crofters Estate
- Dalnavert Community cooperative
The Highland Council's Housing Services and Planning and Development Departments, the 4 local Housing Associations, the SRPBA and the S.C.F are also members.
