Pages 11 and 12, the 2006/7 O & P Report (see link) gives a narrative account of the Trust's latest thinking on the Rural Housing Burden (RHB) conditions attached to the Title of each and every plot it sells. In short, the Trust has decided to discontinue its original "Depreciated Replacement Cost" RHB method and to introduce a new Shared Equity version (see link) which it believes is fairer, simpler and more easily understood by all interested parties.
